Whether
a single stand-alone PowerTouch terminal or a complete network is supplied
by PowerPoS Systems, you can be assured that every care will be taken to
make sure that your system runs, from day one, without any problems.
The entire system, from PowerTouch terminals to the Back-
Office
server and terminals, will be fully configured and ready for use by your
staff - no additional set-up will be required. On-site training will be
provided for each member of staff, either in groups, or a one-to-one basis.
We always ensure that at least one of our technical staff is on-site when
your shop opens to deal with any teething problems, which may occur. At
no stage will you be simply left to it. Our trainers will ensure that your
staff can work together as a coherent team.

24 hours a day, 365 days a year support.
We
will visit your shop, within the first year, to ensure that your system
is stable and running well, and to deal with any queries you may have regarding
the more sophisticated functions such as stock management, accounting and
the management of your Loyalty Card system, if applicable.
We recognise that there is no acceptable "down time" for any part of a system which is why we have a hardware maintenance agreement tailored to your requirements. Our standard agreement commences after the free first three months of use of your new EPoS system and provides on-site hardware repair within eight working hours of a call-out. The agreement can be extended to having spare PowerTouch components on-site, which can be replaced in a matter of minutes with telephone assistance.
The maintenance agreement includes all upgrades to the system as well as unlimited telephone and on-site support. We now offer, as standard, 24 hour, 365 day a year support to all customers. This includes unlimited telephone support, remote dial-in to your system to solve problems more efficiently and carry out remote training. It also includes courier swap-out of faulty hardware or on-site engineer visits. Our software can be tailored to your requirements at no extra charge. Everybody then benefits from these updates.
