POWERPOS - NEWS MANAGEMENT
The
PowerPoS software includes, as standard, a newspaper/magazine delivery
system. in fact, using this system you can schedule the regular delivery
of any stock item and automatically produce invoices and statements.
If you run a convenience store with news or a confectionary, tobacco and news store you know the headaches associated with manually managing the delivery of papers and magazines to local customers, then billing them and getting the money in.
PowerPoS have completely automated this process with the ability to set up customers, allocate regular deliveries and even specify when bills should be sent out. All you have to do is then print delivery schedules (rounds) to your delivery staff and let them do the rest. The system will print individual dockets per customer, which can also remind them of their current balance.
As well as printing customer statements, the system features credit control and a link to Sage 50 so that you can take it to any level you wish.
