We know you have a choice of many EPoS systems in the UK, but we also know that there are good ones and, unfortunately, many bad ones. We are so confident that we provide the best value for money EPoS systems in the UK that we are willing to back this up with a price promise.

We guarantee that if you are quoted for a similar system, that we will beat not only the cost of the EPoS system but also the cost of maintenance.

Because there are many poor systems out there, most of which do not come close to ours, in terms of specification, we must list a basic requirement that any competing system must have in order to fullfil our price promise. The competing system must at least be able to do the following:-

t Have the ability to continue working if there is a network fault of any kind

t Have integrated debit & credit card processing

t Allow networking of tills together

t Have a Branch Management system with Head Office facility

t If you are a grocer, it must have linked digital scales for weighing, authorised by NWML

t Have a loyalty card system

t Have a hand-held, colour, touch-screen, wireless data capture system with stock take, delivery & item editing as minimum functions

t Have a fully integrated e-commerce system (not a third party shopping cart system)

Our system does all of the above, and a lot more besides. We have deliberately kept the list of specifications of competing system as low as possible to ensure that at least a few competing EPoS systems will be eligible. The list excludes hardware with a touch-screen and keypad (preferred by convenience stores and grocers), customer trade account facilities with credit control and product photos at the PoS.
