Easy to use reporting gives the retailer access to many different levels of information, from detailed sales analysis right through to such useful information as daily takings for each PowerTouch terminal.

Stock analysis, such as fast and slow moving items will help you manage your stock more effectively. This allows for tighter control of margins, and enables the retailer to use forecasting.

Daily cash up or "Z" reads can also be printed, which summarise transactions, methods of payment and also list refunds and voided transactions.

All reports produced by the system can be printed or exported to CSV files, for use by programs such as Microsoft Excel.

With the combinations of parameters for transaction, stock and customer reports, you have hundreds of reports. The PowerPoS system also includes a variety of graphical reports, including projected sales and sales over time, this allow you to manage your staffing more effectively. At PowerPoS Systems we have a policy of adding new reports or making changes to existing reports on request. This is all part of our maintenance agreement and there are no extra charges for this.
